Shooting Stars

Michelle and Rachael Cavanagh facilitated two days of the Shooting Stars Forum in November 2024, focusing on governance, leadership, and advocacy. Throughout the workshops, Michelle and Rach highlighted influential leaders and the traits that resonated with the women, including gender equality and power. They also explored the reclaiming of cultural governance, understanding the differences, and how to plan and make change happen.

The Shooting Stars women gave positive feedback to the team on what they learnt, the way they learnt it, and how Michelle and Rach delivered the workshops. They now understand how cultural governance underpins everything they do, and Michelle has been asked to continue working with the Shooting Stars to support the growth of the organisation.
